OSHKOSH (WLUK) — Dinner and a show.. with a holiday flair! It’s date night time at The Howard in Oshkosh with the debut of their dinner theater. Justun Hart is the owner of the Timber Mill Theatre Company that’s presenting the show Forever Plaid: Plaid Tidings. He joined Good Day Wisconsin to talk about the show that’s described as a perfectly harmonized quartet singing in nostalgic doo-wop fashion.
ABOUT THE HOWARD:
A noted architectural landmark, it was originally founded in 1927 as a men-only Eagles club. The Howard now serves as an event space, concert hall, cafe, and bowling alley.

At first, Francis, Jinx, Smudge and Sparky aren’t sure why they’ve returned to Earth for another posthumous performance, but a phone call from the heavenly Rosemary Clooney lets them know that they’re needed to put a little harmony into a discordant world! Sprinkled among the Christmas offerings are audience favorites, like “Mambo Italiano”, “Fever”, their riotous three-minute-and-eleven-second version of The Ed Sullivan Show – this time, featuring the Rockettes, the Chipmunks and The Vienna Boys Choir, as well as a Plaid Caribbean Christmas that puts the “Day-O” in Excelsis!
