  2. Work and spend lots of time at home… but meal prep. Damn. I would kill to work from home and make all my meals fresh. Sucks to work 16hr days and not be able to be at home… my 'meal prep' meals always suck when time goes by and I have to finally eat them..

  3. Hey Alyse, did you use a tanning bed? Maybe this is what people are asking or worring about?! Just a thought of mine. I can recommed as well, please take skin-health serious. Sun and especially tanning bed is very harmful to your skin. Good dermatologists advise very much against bed tanning. It can easily cause skin cancer and make you look older. When you are in the sun for longer time, it's important to always use sunscreen. Wish you all the best! And thank you for the morning routine e-book. I am excited to apply it! 🙂 Much love!

  4. Have you figured it out yet that it wasn’t mold making you sick in Hawaii? It’s the raw vegan diet. All of your symptoms were (are) due to malnutrition which comes from your unhealthy diet.

    I hope you figure this out before you do irreparable harm to yourself. You’re starving to death very, very slowly.

  6. Curious what your current views are now on the raw vegan diet? I know you mentioned you haven't eaten a raw vegan/fruitarian diet for over 2 years and curious as to your WHY? I know you've mentioned 'intuitive eating' in the past, but there are always things that influence your intuition!

    I.e Do you think the high amount of sugars and fruit could have contributed to your candida overgrowth? Did you have any nutritional deficiencies over the years as a result of a restrictive diet before you started supplementing? Is it a diet you still recommend to people though you no longer adhere to it yourself?

    I know you no longer promote this diet here on Youtube.. but then I subscribed to your Raw Alignment challenge group for a while and was quite confused… In May you sent out a challenge to the group called "Eat Raw Vegan". You described a Raw Vegan diet as a way for subscribers to 'balance your hormones, align your mind body connection and reach an ideal body weight' (among others).
    I would really love to know the other side of this diet.. Since you no longer follow or promote this diet yourself here, curious what your views are on it NOW, as you regain your health? I remember sooooo many comments in that group from young girls looking to emulate you and follow a raw diet – and really did worry for them that they needed a bigger picture (and maybe a bit more information on ensuring adequate nutrition and the potential consequences of NOT doing so). I'd love some clarity on this topic from you!! (Or other followers if I missed a video where she spoke about this topic) <3 <3 This is meant with genuine curiosity, concern, and love.

  7. I enjoy the vlog style fitness videos but I would love to see some that put more focus on your workouts! Where don't get your plans? Do you make them up? Can you add in notes on correct form or maybe alternate exercises that work that same muscle groups you are working with that day? How often do you do cardio? Id love to hear as many details on your plan as you can fit in a video! Just a suggestion 💜💜💜💜

I love my skin, my wrinkles and I don’t know why but I am waiting grey hair..I find them magical and powerful…I can’t see anything that makes you less beautiful….Alyse I know that it touches us, but this is another level, where we have told what beauty is about…life itself is magical and only those who are brave enough to open their heart (that is really hard), can sense everything…you are beautiful if you are tired or you cry or if you are angry or smile …we are beautiful in every way….this is life, emotions, feelings…nature is never ugly, we are nature…we don’t have to believe what someone has made up, it is fear- illusion..✨

  10. Good morning Lovely Alyse!!!! I saw your Insta-Story about ppl saying rude comments- I can guarantee NONE of them are perfect so, meh. And for the skin- I don’t notice anything crazy. I live on the east coast of Canada (it’s -24 degrees FAHRENHEIT…. frickin STUPID cold) and my skin is a god dang wreck. I get perioral dermatitis in the winter and it gets REALLLLLLY flared up. My skin flakes and there are red bumps and it hurts. Makeup only exasperates it even more. You don’t look like you have that. Tbh, I don’t notice anything other than regular winter skin. It’s not like mine. I use coconut and castor oil on my extreme dry spots. Anyway Alyse… you ROCK! Keep bringing us amazing content! Sending you ooooooodles of Canadian lurrrve. Xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxz

  12. All you people saying she looks “tired” or dry or whatever are THE REASON women feel the need to wear makeup!! And I seriously don’t even see a difference?? Am I the only one who thinks she looks exactly the same as always; radiant?
