  1. Matt, question for you: I'm doing A LOT of weights and I'm currently eating my weight in protein- 120 pounds. Can a person on a raw vegan diet build A LOT of muscle? I take a lot of protein in powder form, from Garden of Life. Almost 80 grams worth- and the rest of it in food form, of course: Lots of oatmeal, soy milk and raw nuts. I've always been curious about that. Thanks in advance! ♡♡♡

  2. Do you not worry about herbicides and pesticides from non-organic produce? I think it makes quite a difference in the long run. Always try your best to get organic especially with the most sprayed foods. Research the Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen and checkout this video
Just looking out for the bros 🙂 Thanks for the video 🙂
