Ingredients
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 block tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tbsp oil or margarine
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
Directions
Normally, you’ll want to drain the tofu as much as possible. However, in this case, it’s okay to leave it a little wet. Cut up the tofu into chunks, doesn’t need to be finely cut. Simply throw all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mash. Add extra water if too dry. Fry and serve.
