Ingredients
- 4 Tbs tamari
- 1/2 cup water
- garlic powder to taste
- 1 Tbs smoke flavor
- 200 g tempeh, cut in thin slices
- 4 Tbs vegetable oil
Directions
- Make marinade with tamari, water, garlic powder, and smoke flavor.
- Cut tempeh into very thin slices. Leave in marinade overnight.
- Fry strips in oil until brown on each side.
